Refund Policy

Plans are ₹99 for 30 days. Because access starts immediately, refunds are handled as follows:

• Duplicate or failed-but-charged payments: refunded in full, automatically where we detect them, otherwise within 2 business days of your email.
• Technical fault (you paid but could not access the catalogue or generator and we could not fix it within 3 days): full refund.
• Change of mind within 48 hours of purchase, if you have set fewer than 3 ringtones and generated none: full refund on request.
• Other cases are reviewed individually.

Refunds go back to the original payment method via Razorpay and typically appear within 5 to 7 business days. Email kaustubh.khandelwal4@gmail.com with your mobile number and the payment reference from your Razorpay receipt.
