1. Agreement

By creating an account you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. You must be 18 or older, or use the app with a parent's consent.

2. The service

My Ringtone provides a catalogue of ringtones and a generator that creates a ringtone containing a name you enter. Access to the catalogue and the generator requires a paid plan unless a free tier is offered in the app.

3. Plans and payment

The current plan is ₹99 for 30 days of access, paid once through Razorpay. There is no automatic renewal on this plan; access ends after 30 days unless you buy again. Prices include applicable taxes and may change; changes apply to future purchases only. If we introduce an auto-renewing plan, its terms, amount and cancellation method will be shown before you approve the mandate in your UPI app.

5. Acceptable use

Do not enter names or text that are abusive, obscene, defamatory or impersonate others; we may refuse or remove generated content. Do not attempt to bypass payment, reverse-engineer the app, or use automated access.

6. Content and licences

Catalogue music is original or licensed to us. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use ringtones on your own devices. You may not redistribute or sell them. Generated ringtones containing your name are licensed to you for personal use.

7. Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. Generation times vary. We may modify or discontinue features with notice.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

9. Termination

You can delete your account in the app. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction. Contact: kaustubh.khandelwal4@gmail.com.
